- 1. Shake the bottle well before use.
- 2. Massage Selsun Blue Pro-X Extra Strength Anti-Dandruff Shampoo onto your wet scalp.
- 3. After applying the shampoo, let it rest two to three minutes on your scalp so that it can penetrate and give better results.
- 4. Rinse the scalp thoroughly.
- 5. Apply the product again and rinse.
- 6. After shampooing, wash your hands well.

Application of Selsun Blue Medicated Dandruff Treatment can be slightly different from other shampoos.
Shake the bottle well before use.
Massage the shampoo gently onto the wet scalp.
Leave it for two or three minutes, allow the shampoo to penetrate for full effect.
Rinse your scalp thoroughly. Repeat application, then rinse again. After shampooing, wash your hands with soap.
For best results, use at least twice a week, or as per your doctor’s instructions. On other days, just use your regular shampoo.
